Our first contact with MOBILM was for us an opportunity to reflect on the development of a retail outlet. MOBILM, interior designers/shop-fitters, have proved to be the only shop-fitters truly committed to communication from the point of sale. I do not think I have found the same approach in other fitters. Each time, MOBIL M pharmacies are achievements that stand out from the competition.
Above all, for this pharmacy, we wanted to break with conventional codes. We wanted to create a strong first impression, having impact, triggering interest, something which is remembered. We wanted something different, remaining quality conscious to play on the innovative aspect, highly professional and thorough in our profession as pharmacists, while maintaining a quality image. Our target was to have a point of sale with customer service having an excellent quality / price ratio. Having a lower price positioning requires a larger business volume. To attract more customers, we must focus on reception, appearance, and choice, to make one feel comfortable in the pharmacy. But also we also wanted it to be welcoming for the public. We are in a shopping centre gallery and we wanted to be strong in both the pharmacy and health store aspects. We met the challenge by having an untypical area at the front of the shop, very health store orientated and the prescription counter area behind. Equally, we wished to redevelop our orthopaedics and medical equipment activities. We have created an area of 70m2 with a mezzanine, open to the public, managed by a professional and accessible by lift. Finally, we noticed an interesting graphic element in Italy in a MOBIL M pharmacy. This was a medicine cabinet with a hint of an old pharmacy cabinet, but filled with boxes of medicines based upon their colour, which became a notable visual element. We wanted to apply this principle behind our counters.
Our pharmacy is 400m2, with 100m2 upstairs. In total, the retail area is 250m2. The pharmacy employs 10 people in total. Two recruitments are scheduled in the coming months. The new pharmacy has been open for less than four months. Customers tell us "it is a change from traditional pharmacies! ". But the most striking thing is that our customers have a different attitude. Many people come into our pharmacy. They have a relaxed attitude. Today, our pharmacy is fully operational and it can cope with changes in the future, whether in the order of management, logistics or in the way products are presented. This is important because when you are located in a shopping centre, you must have a complete range to be able to respond to all the requests.

Firstly, the MOBIL M teams have the ability to make us reflect. They do not have any limits. They are ready to investigate all avenues. Whether it be identity, layout, or their method of working with counters, for high impact presentations, they are always willing to go further, to bounce our ideas around. And of course, there is the visual identity. They know how to find original and effective solutions to get you noticed, as pharmacists do not have the right to advertise. They know how to create communication. They know how to listen. And they find effective and simple solutions, such as with wall-mounted adhesives. So it's simple, today we already have a new ongoing project with MOBILM!
