Responsible for the layout of the reception area, the public open spaces and the consultation offices of this specialised veterinary centre, the MOBIL M teams had the task of conveying two essential values: on the one hand, high technology and medical competence, and the other, the quality of the human reception; and this while promoting real efficiency of the sales area.
IMAGINATION
The creation and the installation of a clear graphic charter creates a contemporary and invigorating dimension which overtakes the high technology of this nationally recognised centre. The integration of graphics (surfaces of single colours, dedicated pictograms, flooring with coloured resin …) gives structure to the identity of this clinic, covering a vast medico-technical area of more than 1000m².
BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP
The clinic also integrates a sales area, composing an animal food area in a self-service zone open to the public. This space is open and positioned on the natural route of visitors and clients, to encourage spontaneous shopping and de-dramatise the hospital dimension of the clinic.
SEDUCTION
The layout of the reception area of 240m² favours legibility and fluidity. In particular the stands and counters, are widely spaced, to reduce the barrier effect of a classic reception desk and create a relationship of confidence.
